BROMYARD TOWN 0, CAUSEWAY UNITED 4

BROMYARD Town were unable to bridge the gap between themselves and Midland Alliance visitors Causeway United in the FA Vase on Saturday and so missed out on a £600 payday.

United, who play one division above their West Midlands premier division hosts went 1-0 up in the first minute when Gavin Winsper jumped with home keeper Dean Smith to head home.

Causeway dominated the rest of the match and earned their reward when man-of-the-match Gavin Mole scored a memorable solo goal whipping past three defenders before drawing Smith tio fire home.

In the 70th minute Mole repeated his feat, beating two defenders just inside the Bromyard half and racing on to make it 3-0.

Mole was chasing his hat-trick in the 80th minute when he hit a tremendous shot which was too hot for Smith to gather and Max Bissel had the simple task to net from close range.
