PARK visitors enjoyed a new experience when they learned about old crafts.
How to make walking sticks, pole lathing and hedge laying were demonstrated at a woodland day at High Elms Country Park, Shire Lane, Farnborough.
Residents also had the chance to weave willow branches to make a mini version of a gate hurdle, a traditional form of fencing.
The event was put on by Bromley Council's countryside ranger service so people could experience old ways of making things.
Countryside officer Sarah Adams said: "I think people really enjoyed it.
"It gave them the chance to do things they would not get to do otherwise and it was a good opportunity to learn something new."
