REVAMP co-ordinator Alistair Cook is hoping park plans receive the backing of the people of Alsager.
Mr Cook is project manager at Groundwork Cheshire, which is leading the Milton Park redevelopment.
The revamp plans are on display in Alsager Library until March 26, and can be seen at Alsager School, Alsager Leisure Centre and Alsager Youth Project.
"I hope people respond positively to the proposals, as this will be an opportunity to bring to life many people's ideas for the park," said Mr Cook.
The plans include new facilities for children and young people, path and entrance improvements and restoration of garden areas.
Young people asked for meeting and street skate areas, which are earmarked for the Brookhouse Road end of the park.
If the plans win public approval the first phase could start this summer, supported by the Rural Enterprise Programme and North West Regional Development Agency.
Matched funding will come from Congleton Borough Council, Alsager Town Council and Congleton Community Safety Partnership.
