CREATIVE people with a viable business idea are being invited to attend a series of seminars designed to help them make their dreams come true.
Cumbria Institute for the Arts, Brampton Road, Carlisle, is running nine weekly seminars which will help people set up their own business and covers topics such as marketing, website design and law.
