Staff at a Blackheath-based charity celebrated International Women's Day in style by putting on free activities for visitors.
The Lighthouse Project in Britannia Road, decided to celebrate the day by showing off all different aspects of a women's personal well-being.
Activities on offer included henna painting, self defence, breast awareness, hand massage, jewellery making and line dancing.
Suzie Withers, Marketing Officer for The Lighthouse Project said: "It went great, "We even had a few gentlemen who had their eyebrows threaded!
"Lots of people went away with their hands henna painted. We had about 60 people who attended throughout the day."
"It was really good."
