A HEREFORDSHIRE teen who wielded a machete was found to be unfit to stand trial, Worcester Crown Court heard.
Ashley Lambert was a paranoid schizophrenic and described as dangerous by a psychiatrist.
Judge David McEvoy QC said he was considering a hospital order with restrictions on Lambert's liberty.
He adjourned the case for a second psychiatric report and for a doctor to give evidence in person.
Lambert, aged 19, of Webton Court Cottage, Kingstone, was found with the weapon on September 24, 2005, in Tinglebrook Close, Madley.
Tim Sapwell, defending, said he was currently being treated in the Stonebow psychiatric unit in Hereford but was not fit to be interviewed for a pre-sentence report.
