Kristan Dobson achieved a clean sweep of victories in the boys' seven to eight years age-group events of the second Rising Stars Meets at Shipley Pool.

Azura Cairns-Poole narrowly missed equalling that feat in the girls group, Stephanie Brown of Bradford Swimming Club preventing her in the 25 metres freestyle.

The nine years age group saw Sophie Holdsworth, of Bingley, victorious in the freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke, with Cara Yates, of Bradford Swimming Club, winning the butterfly. Skipton's Kieran Belk won all four strokes in the boys' events. Bradford Dolphins led the way in the boys' ten years age category, Matthew Brown sharing the honours with Joseph Conway.

City of Bradford's Ellie Talbot swept the board in the equivalent girls' events.

The 11 years age group saw Dolphins' Lydia Biddiscombe winning the freestyle and backstroke, with Jessica Foulds coming through in the butterfly and Imogen Talbot winning the breaststroke. Bingley's Harryson Stirk won all four strokes in the final age group for boys.
