City councillor Mary Clarkson will remain tight-lipped tomorrow when colleagues consider her application to modernise her listed home.
Cllr Clarkson, who represents the Marston ward, will remain silent during a debate on whether listed building consent should be given for the renovation of her home, Lower Farm in Dunstan Road, Headington.
The late 18th century stone building is Grade II listed and council officers, including conservation officer Nick Worlledge, are recommending that planning permission, and listed building consent, are refused.
It is thought to be the first time that council officers have recommended refusing a planning application submitted by a councillor.
Cllr Clarkson said she would not take part in the decision-making process.
