Notice is hereby given pursuant to
the provisions of Section 123 (2A)
of the Local Government Act 1972
that Oxford City Council intends to
dispose of land presently held as
public open space at Crescent Road
known as the Kickabout.
A plan showing the areas to be
disposed edged red may be inspected
during normal office hours at Oxford
City Council, Town Hall,
St Aldate’s, Oxford OX1 1DS
Any objections to the intended
disposal must be made in writing to
the Head of Law and Governance of
Oxford City Council at the address
below no later than the close of
business on 7 May 2018
