FALLOWS Jack Jacks family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind messages, cards, flowers, donations and attending the funeral. Very special thanks to Dr Richard Silvester for his support and care given to Dad. Thanks also to 19 Beaumont St Surgery, OPC, S&R Childs Kidlington and Reverend Rodney Hill. Dad will be greatly missed by everyone. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
