GUBBINS Elsie Rose (Peggy) Passed away at Langford View Care Home on 9th April 2017, aged 99 years. Wife of the late Jack Gubbins, mother to Vera and grandmother to Steven, Christopher and Timothy. The funeral service will take place at Oxford Crematorium on Monday 8th May at 11.00 am. Family flowers only please.
