Coulter Councillor Ivan Paul (Van) Passed away at home on the 13th March 2017. A dedicated servant of his community and devoted father to Daniel. 'Van' will be greatly missed by his family, friends, constituents and City Council colleagues. The funeral will take place on Thursday 30th March at 10.00am at St. Johns Chapel, Oxford Crematorium. Very sad to hear about the sudden death of Van. I worked very closely with him over the past couple of years as the Director of APSE Energy. My thoughts are with his family and all of his colleagues at Oxford City Council.
