PITTICK David Charles Passed away at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 1st November 2015, aged 63. Loving husband, father, stepfather and grandfather. Will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service to take place at Oxford Crematorium on Wednesday 25th November at 2.15 pm. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, to the John Radcliffe Hospital SCBU or Macmillan Nurses, c/o The Co-operative Funeralcare, 29 Rogers Street, Summertown, Oxford, OX2 7JS
