Clarke Heather Died peacefully at Meadow View Care Home, Standlake, after a long illness bravely borne. Loving mum to Sarah, and a much loved sister. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service to take place at Oxford Crematorium on Wednesday 14th October 2015 at 2.15p.m. Donations if desired for the Dementia Foundation may be sent c/o S&R Childs Funeral Services, 10 The Parade, Kidlington, OX5 1EE
