Connolly Pat Passed away peacefully at home in Harwell on 28th August 2015. Beloved wife of the late Bill Connolly. Loving mother to Keith and Kevin and a much loved grandmother, sister and friend to many. The funeral service will take place at St. Matthew's Church, Harwell on Monday 7th September at 2.00 pm.
