LEWIS James Anthony Peacefully with his family by his side, at Helen & Douglas House on 13th November 2014, aged 27 years. Much loved son of David and Lynn, dearly loved brother of Dawn and her husband Harvey. A Celebration of his life will take place at the Friary Chapel, St Mary’s Road, Oxford on Thursday 27th November at 1.30pm. Colourful clothes preferred.
