HULBERT SUSAN 68 of Oxford, sadly passed away on 7th October 2014. A wonderful mum, nan and great gran, much loved and deeply missed by all, always in our thoughts and forever in our hearts. Service to be held on 24th October, 11am at St Laurence church, South Hinksey, Oxford, OX1 5BA. Though her smile is gone forever and her hand we cannot touch, we shall never lose the memories of the one we loved so much.
