BALLARD Maureen Passed away peacefully on the 25th July 2014 at the John Radcliffe Hospital. Will be sadly missed by her daughters Anne, Teresa, Martina, Mary, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral Service to be held at Blessed Dominic Barberi Church, Littlemore, Oxford on Thursday 7th August at 9.30am followed by Committal at Oxford Crematorium. Family flowers only.
