GREEN John Richard Peacefully at the John Radcliffe Hospital on 15th July 2014, aged 82 years. Much loved husband of Ivy, dearly loved dad of Terry and beloved brother in law of Kate. Funeral Service at Oxford Crematorium on Friday 25th July at 11.15am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for the Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance c/o Edward Carter (FD), 107 South Avenue, Abingdon, OX14 1QS.
